What it reads. On Oct 20, 2026 we asked PubMed (NCBI E-utilities) for records that entered PubMed from Sep 20, 2026 whose title names one of our 696compounds and that are a randomized trial, a meta-analysis or a systematic review, by PubMed's publication type or the title's own words. Titles about animals, cells or a study protocol are left out, and so are drug uses of a supplement's molecule (intravenous or nebulised magnesium, an anaesthetic block). We also asked ClinicalTrials.gov for registrations of the same compounds whose results were first posted in that window.
What changed. Each item is checked against the PubMed IDs the page already cites. Cited means nothing to add. Otherwise it is flagged for an editor, who reads the paper and decides: add it as a graded row, note it, or leave it. That decision is recorded with its date and shown here; the page itself changes only through its own editing and change log.
What it is not. A summary of the findings, a grade, or advice. Titles are quoted as PubMed lists them. Read the record for what the study found and in whom.
