Non-prescription option: peptide bioregulators
Khavinson-style peptide bioregulators are sold as food supplements, not prescription drugs, so no clinician or pharmacy is involved. Our partner Vita-Stream carries the Vita Peptides, Cytomax and Cytogen lines; dosing notes live on each product's profile here.

"-" means the provider's public pages don't list it, not that it is unavailable. We list prices only for sermorelin, the peptide with published telehealth prices; providers that only say "peptide therapy" quote privately.
Red flags: how to spot a gray-market seller
- "For research use only" or "not for human consumption" on the label.
- No prescriber, no intake and no named or described pharmacy.
- Peptides that a pharmacy can't currently compound (BPC-157, for example), sold anyway.
- Claims that a compounded peptide is "FDA approved".
Dosing math lives in our calculators
For a prescription you already have: the reconstitution calculator turns vial size and water volume into syringe units, and the vial duration calculator shows how long a vial lasts and cost per dose. Peptide background: sermorelin, NAD+, PT-141.
FAQ
Can a telehealth clinic legally prescribe peptides?
A licensed clinician can prescribe a compounded peptide only if a pharmacy may legally compound it. A US pharmacy can compound a drug only from an ingredient that has a USP monograph, is part of an FDA-approved drug, or is allowed under FDA’s 503A bulks list and its interim categories. Those lists change. BPC-157, for example, is not on the 503A bulks list: an FDA advisory committee voted in July 2026 to recommend adding it, but FDA has not acted. We list only peptides that the providers below sell by prescription, and we do not list research-use-only sellers.
Which peptides do these clinics actually sell?
On the pages we read: sermorelin is the most common (PeterMD, Maximus, BrightMeds, plus CoreAge, Luvo and HealthRX). NAD+ appears at DudeMeds, CoreAge, Luvo and HealthRX; PT-141 at HealthRX.
What is the difference between a telehealth peptide clinic and a "research peptide" website?
A telehealth clinic has a licensed prescriber and fills a prescription at a licensed pharmacy. "Research use only" sites sell vials not intended for human use, with no prescriber and no pharmacy oversight. We don’t list them.
How much does sermorelin cost through these clinics?
See the sermorelin comparison: plans start around $129/mo (checked Oct 7, 2026).
