Straight answers on hormones, sleep and supplements
Kymata Health helps you make sense of hormone therapy, sleep, supplements and the online clinics that sell them: what the evidence says, what it costs, and which questions to ask before you pay. It is written by the Kymata Health Editorial Team at Kymata Labs LLC. We are not a clinic or a pharmacy, and nothing here replaces your own clinician.
What we cover
How we make money
The site is free and has no paywall. It is paid for by affiliate commissions: some links to supplement brands and telehealth clinics earn us a commission if you buy, and you pay the same price. Those links are marked as paid, and every page with them says so near the top.
Most clinics and brands we list are ones whose affiliate programs we have joined or applied to, so our comparisons do not cover the whole market; a few vetted clinics with no program are included with plain links. Within what we list, money does not buy a higher rank, a better score, a “best for” label, or a look at a page before it is published.
Who writes it, and how it is checked
Pages are researched and written by the Kymata Health Editorial Team, with help from AI tools. Before anything goes live it gets an adversarial review pass whose only job is to find mistakes, re-checking claims, prices, links and citations against their sources. The site is also audited by an independent AI model from a different provider.
We do not have a physician, pharmacist or other licensed clinician on staff, and no page here has been medically reviewed. We will not borrow credentials or invent a medical board to look more official. If a clinician ever reviews a page, they will be named on that page with their credentials and the date.
Claims trace to peer-reviewed research, FDA labels or professional guidelines. Vendor marketing is not evidence.
Prices show the date we checked them on the provider's own page, and pages show when they were last updated.
Animal data is called animal data. Compounded drugs are identified as compounded and not FDA-approved.
Calculator inputs never leave your browser. No accounts, no health data collected.
How we grade evidence
Not every study is the same kind of fact. A number on this site should say where it came from.
| Evidence | What it is | How we use it |
|---|---|---|
| Human RCT / approved label | Phase 3 trials or an FDA (or EMA) indication | The only place efficacy numbers appear without a hedge. |
| Phase 2–3, not yet labeled | Controlled human data, regulatory story incomplete | Reported with the trial named and its limits stated. |
| Small human / Phase 1 | Pharmacokinetics, safety, small open-label studies | Useful for half-life and safety signals. Not a protocol. |
| Animal studies | Independent labs, consistent direction | Called animal data. Never presented as a human result. |
| Single-lab or community | One group’s work, or forum convention | Labeled as such, or left out. |
| Mechanism / in vitro | Receptor, cell-culture or microarray work | Explains a hypothesis. Does not support a dose. |
What we are not
Nothing on this site is medical advice, a prescription or a diagnosis. We do not sell, ship or prescribe anything, run trials or test products. Hormone therapy, GLP-1 medicines and many peptides are prescription-only or restricted; talk to a licensed clinician before starting, stopping or combining anything.
Full legal copy is in the medical disclaimer.
