Ventfort
Blood Vessel Extract Bioregulator · Vascular Cytomax · Вентфорт
Ventfort is the Cytomax vascular complex - vessel-wall peptide fractions. Vesugen (Lys-Glu-Asp, KED) is the synthetic endothelial cytogen. Neither is a statin, an ACE inhibitor, or BPC-157.

How it works
Ventfort (A-3) is a Cytomax natural polypeptide extract from the vascular endothelium of young calves - the third in Khavinson's A-Series, reflecting the cardiovascular system's centrality to every organ's function. Vascular aging is characterized by: progressive endothelial dysfunction (reduced nitric oxide bioavailability), arterial stiffening (increased pulse wave velocity), smooth muscle cell phenotype switching (from contractile to synthetic/inflammatory), and elevated oxidative stress in vessel walls. Endothelial dysfunction precedes atherosclerosis by decades and is detectable before any clinical cardiovascular event.
Ventfort delivers short peptide signals (<10 kDa) from bovine vascular endothelial tissue. These peptides enter endothelial cell and vascular smooth muscle cell nuclei to reactivate transcription of: eNOS (endothelial nitric oxide synthase - the primary source of vasodilatory NO), SIRT1 (sirtuin 1, which deacetylates and activates eNOS), VEGF receptor 2 (promoting neovascularization), and KLF2 (Kruppel-like factor 2, the endothelial shear stress transcription factor that maintains laminar flow protection). Together, these restore what Khavinson calls the "vascular gene program" lost with age.
Ventfort sits at the intersection of nearly every Khavinson organ bundle: it is paired with Chelohart (A-14) for the cardiovascular core, with Cerluten (A-5) and Svetinorm (A-7) for the CNS stack (since cerebrovascular perfusion is the rate-limiting factor for brain function), and with Suprefort (A-1) and Svetinorm (A-7) for the metabolic stack (since microvascular disease drives both pancreatic beta-cell failure and hepatic steatosis progression).

Manufacturer-style organ combinations - not FDA protocols. Every name is a live leaf.
The Khavinson school
Ventfort is filed here as cytomax (natural peptide complex), targeting the blood vessels / endothelium. Khavinson's St. Petersburg group moved from organ extracts (Cytamins) to capsule complexes (Cytomaxes) to synthetic short peptides (Cytogens); most of the evidence comes from that one group, with little independent Western replication.

History of this molecule
Khavinson’s vascular line treats aging as endothelial transcriptional decline - the lining of the pipe, not the cholesterol in the pipe. Ventfort is the complex; Vesugen is the tripeptide the group associated with vessel cells. English blogs then sell both as “blood pressure peptides,” which is a category error. Blood pressure is hemodynamics. This literature is cell-identity and capillary trophism.
The Soviet gerontology context included occupational vascular stress (including radiation and extreme environments in the origin myths). Treat those origin stories as history, not as a clinical trial in your living room. What you can cite is the tissue-specific peptide review family and later KED endothelial papers.
Do not stack Ventfort with every “cardio” SKU (Chelohart, Cardiogen, BPC, TB-500) and call it a protocol. Heart muscle, vessel wall, and nitric-oxide wound peptides are three different bets.
Caveats
Vascular Cytomax is not a US dietary-supplement monograph and not a drug. The tissue-extract model means lot-to-lot composition is a fingerprint, not a single CAS number. Some English-language bottles carry a “V2” label. Vita Peptides, for example, labels its own house line V2 (15 mg per capsule vs 10 mg in V1). No study compares V1 and V2 outcomes, and neither label is the subject of Khavinson’s 1990s papers. Animal-source capsules are inappropriate if the reader has a religious or allergy constraint on the source species. None of this replaces care for the actual organ disease. Anticoagulated readers and people with unstable plaques do not get to treat a capsule as biologically inert just because it is “natural.”

Dosing
| Phase | Dose | Frequency | Notes |
|---|---|---|---|
| Mini-Course / General Preventive (1 box) | 2 capsules (20 mg) | Once daily for 10 days, 30 min before meals | Standard Khavinson mini-course (20 caps). Repeat every 6 months from age 35. Combine with Chelohart (A-14) for core cardiovascular bundle. |
| Full Monthly Course (Cardiovascular / Vascular Health) | 2 capsules (20 mg) | Twice daily for 30 days (120 caps = 2× 60-cap boxes) | Bi-annual 30-day treatment for cardiovascular risk factor management, hypertension, or early atherosclerosis. Core cardiovascular stack: Ventfort (A-3) + Chelohart (A-14) + Cerluten (A-5) for vascular-cardiac-cerebral protection. |
| Intensive / Vascular Restoration Protocol | 2 capsules (20 mg) | Twice daily, repeated monthly | For significant endothelial dysfunction, established atherosclerosis, post-cardiac event recovery support, or peripheral vascular disease. Physician supervision mandatory. Complementary to - not a replacement for - cardiovascular medications. Max: 4 caps/day (40 mg). |
Administration
Ventfort: Not a research vial vs Oral capsule
- The defined-sequence vial in this aisle is the cytogen pair (Vesugen (KED)), a different SKU.
- There is no pharmaceutical-extract SKU that is this capsule in a syringe.
- Reconstitute Vesugen if you bought the KED vial. A Ventfort-labeled cake is a mis-ID. This is not BPC-157 and not a statin.
- Ventfort is an oral capsule complex. It is not a 5 mg lyophilized research vial.
- Inventing recon math for a zero-mg Cytomax vial is how people inject the wrong product.
- Not an official Cytomed sublingual tablet, IM ampoule, or eye drop either.
- Official form for Ventfort: swallow the capsule with water. No reconstitution step and no 5 mg cake.
- Vessel-wall Cytomax (Cytomed A-3): endothelium aisle, not myocardium. Chelohart / Cardiogen are heart muscle.
- Course-based (10–30 days, a few times a year in manufacturer folklore), not a daily forever drug.
- Vascular / endothelium Cytomax is a peptide mixture / lot fingerprint, not a single CAS. English “V2” bottles are a later commercial layer, not a Khavinson RCT.
- Russian school literature is not an FDA organ-disease label.
- Third-party lingual SKUs exist in the wild. We do not claim sublingual as the official Cytomed Cytomax form.

Limits of current evidence
- Cytomax SKUs are oral capsules. Do not run SubQ reconstitution math on a zero-mg vial.
- Lot-to-lot composition is a fingerprint, not one sequence.
- This site will not treat the named organ disease from a peptide page.
- English-language V2 / analog bottles are a later commercial layer, not a Khavinson RCT.
