Vladonix
Thymus Extract Bioregulator · Thymic Cytomax · Владоникс
Vladonix is the Cytomax thymus complex - the capsule counterpart to Thymalin (injectable extract) and to the synthetic immune short peptides Vilon, Crystagen, and Thymogen. It is not a steroid, not thymosin-alpha-1, and not “just Vilon in a pill.”

How it works
Vladonix (A-6) is a Cytomax natural polypeptide extract from the thymus gland of young calves - often called the single most important immune bioregulator in the Khavinson A-Series. The thymus is the primary training ground for T-lymphocytes: naïve T-cells migrate from bone marrow to the thymus, where they undergo positive and negative selection to emerge as competent, self-tolerant CD4+ helper and CD8+ cytotoxic T-cells. Thymic involution begins as early as age 1 and is 70–90% complete by age 45 - a catastrophic loss of adaptive immune capacity that underlies much of what we call "immune aging" (immunosenescence).
Vladonix delivers short peptide signals (<10 kDa) from bovine thymic tissue. These peptides enter thymic stromal cell (epithelial cell, dendritic cell) and thymocyte nuclei to reactivate transcription of: FOXN1 (the master transcription factor for thymic epithelial cell identity and thymopoiesis), thymosin α1 and β4 (thymic hormones that guide T-cell differentiation), MHC class I and II molecules (enabling T-cell education), and IL-7 and IL-15 (cytokines maintaining T-cell memory and naïve T-cell survival). Together, these actions work to reverse thymic involution and restore adaptive immune capacity.
In Khavinson's research, thymic peptide bioregulators demonstrated some of the most striking longevity data - animals treated with thymic extracts showed enhanced immune surveillance, reduced cancer incidence, and extended median lifespan. Vladonix is paired with Endoluten (A-8, pineal) in what many practitioners call the "longevity core stack" - Endoluten restores the circadian master clock, while Vladonix rebuilds the immune system's aging surveillance capacity. Together, they address the two most Khavinson considers dominant determinants of biological age.

Manufacturer-style organ combinations - not FDA protocols. Every name is a live leaf.
The Khavinson school
Vladonix is filed here as cytomax (natural peptide complex), targeting the thymus. Khavinson's St. Petersburg group moved from organ extracts (Cytamins) to capsule complexes (Cytomaxes) to synthetic short peptides (Cytogens); most of the evidence comes from that one group, with little independent Western replication.

History of this molecule
The thymus is Khavinson’s other flagship organ, because it involutes on a schedule every mammal knows. Soviet peptide gerontology treated thymic extracts as a way to keep T-cell education from collapsing with age. Thymalin is the pharmaceutical extract that actually has a long clinical footprint in Russia. Vladonix is the Cytomax capsule complex from the same organ.
Western peptide Twitter collapsed “thymic peptide” into Thymosin Alpha-1 (Zadaxin) or TB-500. Those are different molecules, different developers, different regulatory stories. Khavinson’s thymic line is tissue-specific short peptides and extracts - KE (Vilon), EW (Thymogen), EDP (Crystagen), plus the complex. Mixing TA1 papers into a Vladonix page is how you get a fake evidence stack.
The Institute’s pairing is explicit on the NPCRIZ map: Vladonix (complex) with the immune cytogens. Crystagen is the broad immunocompetent-cell cytogen - not a colon peptide, despite a bad Western catalog that still says “gut.” If a page on this site ever said colon, that was a bug. The organ is immune/thymus.
Khavinson and Morozov’s early extract work on thymic peptides is the historical layer. The 15-year Thymalin + Epitalon mortality follow-ups that English blogs love are extract/synthetic combination data, not a Vladonix capsule trial in Florida.
Caveats
Thymus Cytomax is not a US dietary-supplement monograph and not a drug. The tissue-extract model means lot-to-lot composition is a fingerprint, not a single CAS number. Some English-language bottles carry a “V2” label. Vita Peptides, for example, labels its own house line V2 (15 mg per capsule vs 10 mg in V1). No study compares V1 and V2 outcomes, and neither label is the subject of Khavinson’s 1990s papers. Animal-source capsules are inappropriate if the reader has a religious or allergy constraint on the source species. None of this replaces care for the actual organ disease. Autoimmune disease is the obvious caution the marketing never prints: “restore immune transcription” is not a synonym for safe in lupus. Thymalin/Thymogen have been used in Russian infectious-disease and post-radiation contexts; that is not a license to self-treat immunodeficiency.

Administration
Vladonix: Not a research vial vs Oral capsule
- The defined-sequence vial in this aisle is the cytogen pair (Vilon (KE), Crystagen (EDP), Thymogen (EW)), a different SKU.
- Thymalin is the pharmaceutical extract in this organ family (clinic-era injectable or other non-capsule form), not this Cytomax.
- A vial labeled Vladonix is a mis-ID. Immune powders to reconstitute are Vilon, Crystagen, or Thymogen. Thymalin is the extract ampoule, not this capsule.
- Vladonix is an oral capsule complex. It is not a 5 mg lyophilized research vial.
- Inventing recon math for a zero-mg Cytomax vial is how people inject the wrong product.
- Not an official Cytomed sublingual tablet, IM ampoule, or eye drop either.
- Official form for Vladonix: swallow the capsule with water. No reconstitution step and no 5 mg cake.
- Thymus Cytomax: the capsule counterpart to Thymalin. Not thymosin alpha-1 (Zadaxin) and not “Vilon in a pill.”
- Course-based (10–30 days, a few times a year in manufacturer folklore), not a daily forever drug.
- Thymus Cytomax is a peptide mixture / lot fingerprint, not a single CAS. English “V2” bottles are a later commercial layer, not a Khavinson RCT.
- Russian school literature is not an FDA organ-disease label.
- Third-party lingual SKUs exist in the wild. We do not claim sublingual as the official Cytomed Cytomax form.

Limits of current evidence
- Cytomax SKUs are oral capsules. Do not run SubQ reconstitution math on a zero-mg vial.
- Lot-to-lot composition is a fingerprint, not one sequence.
- This site will not treat the named organ disease from a peptide page.
- English-language V2 / analog bottles are a later commercial layer, not a Khavinson RCT.
Verdict
Vladonix is a Cytomax capsule complex from Thymus. It is not the paired cytogen, not a 5 mg research cake, and not a US supplement monograph. The organ story is in the dossier on this page.
Interactions & Contraindications
Capsules skip SubQ recon. Autoimmune caution, not a target.
Synergies & Common Stacks
Complex vs dipeptide. Not layered thymic reconstitution.
