Vesugen
Lys-Glu-Asp · KED · Vascular Bioregulator · Везуген
Vesugen is synthetic Lys-Glu-Asp (KED), the endothelial cytogen. Ventfort is the vessel Cytomax complex. KED is not Crystagen and not a nitric-oxide donor drug.

How it works
Vesugen (Lys-Glu-Asp) is a tripeptide bioregulator targeting vascular endothelial cell gene expression. It promotes endothelial function restoration, reduces arterial stiffness, and supports angiogenic signaling. Khavinson studies show improved vascular markers, endothelial function, and cardiovascular biomarkers in aging animals and humans.

Manufacturer-style organ combinations - not FDA protocols. Every name is a live leaf.
The Khavinson school
Vesugen is filed here as cytogen (synthetic short peptide), targeting the blood vessels / endothelium. Khavinson's St. Petersburg group moved from organ extracts (Cytamins) to capsule complexes (Cytomaxes) to synthetic short peptides (Cytogens); most of the evidence comes from that one group, with little independent Western replication.

History of this molecule
KED is one of the cleaner sequence stories in this catalog: three residues, vessel cells, Cytomed cytogen line. The claim family is endothelial gene expression, capillary trophism, and the unglamorous work of keeping the lining of the pipe from senescing. Sales copy that says it “reverses atherosclerosis” is stealing statin/PCSK9 language.
Do not file Vesugen next to BPC-157 just because both get sold as “vascular.” BPC is a gastric pentadecapeptide with angiogenesis-adjacent animal data. Vesugen is a Khavinson tripeptide in the organ-identity model.
Chelohart/Cardiogen are myocardium. Vesugen is not a heart-failure drug.
Caveats
A defined sequence is not an FDA indication. Vascular cytogens sit in a Russian experimental-gerontology literature with limited Western replication. “Oral bioavailability because PEPT1” is real peptide-transport biology; it is not proof this SKU treats the organ disease. Gray-market identity is a live problem - HPLC is the only way to know the vial is the sequence on the label.

Dosing
| Phase | Dose | Frequency | Notes |
|---|---|---|---|
| Khavinson Protocol | 1–2 capsules/day or 1–2 mg SC | Daily for 10–30 day courses, 1-2x per year | Vascular bioregulator. Often paired with Chelohart (cardiac) for comprehensive cardiovascular aging support. |
Administration
Vesugen: oral vs SubQ
- Official Cytomed cytogen SKU is a swallowed capsule. No BAC water, no syringe.
- Matches how Cytomed ships the poster line.
- Nobody manufactures this as a sublingual tablet.
- KED is one of the cleaner sequence stories on the poster: three residues, vessel cells, Cytomed cytogen line.
- Capsule milligrams are not 1–2 mg SC. Do not convert a research-vial protocol into capsule counts by arithmetic theater.
- Empty-stomach timing is user-guide folklore plus PEPT1 logic, not a cited human PK study for this SKU.
- Vesugen is KED endothelium. It is not Crystagen (EDP immune), not Cardiogen (heart muscle), not a nitric-oxide donor drug, and not Vesilut (bladder).
- Keep the ACE inhibitor until a clinician says otherwise. A capsule is not a blood-pressure drug.
- Vial math is checkable if the COA matches the sequence on the label.
- Food timing is irrelevant for SubQ.
- Short pulsed courses match how the school used defined synthetics.
- Gray-market identity: HPLC is the only way to know the cake is KED (Lys-Glu-Asp).
- Not a Western Phase 3. Russian experimental-gerontology literature is real and concentrated.
- Not a sublingual tablet and not a Cytomax complex.
- Vesugen is KED endothelium. It is not Crystagen (EDP immune), not Cardiogen (heart muscle), not a nitric-oxide donor drug, and not Vesilut (bladder).
- eNOS-upregulation marketing is a mechanism hypothesis, not a nebivolol or statin equivalent. No MACE endpoint trial.

Limits of current evidence
- A defined sequence is not an FDA indication.
- Gray-market identity is a live problem. HPLC beats a blog table.
- Do not paste a sibling cytogen’s papers onto this SKU.
- This site will not treat the named organ disease from a peptide page.
Verdict
Vesugen is the synthetic KED cytogen for Blood vessels / endothelium. Khavinson’s group published in this family. That is a concentrated literature, not a Western Phase 3. Capsules and vials are different SKUs.
Interactions & Contraindications
This site will not treat vascular disease from a peptide page.
Synergies & Common Stacks
Cytogen vs Cytomax. Not a combo RCT.
