The Khavinson school

Epithalamin is filed here as pharmaceutical extract (cytamin-era), targeting the pineal gland. Khavinson's St. Petersburg group moved from organ extracts (Cytamins) to capsule complexes (Cytomaxes) to synthetic short peptides (Cytogens); most of the evidence comes from that one group, with little independent Western replication.

History of this molecule

Epithalamin is what Khavinson’s gerontology trials often actually injected when the English internet says “they used Epitalon.” Sometimes they used the extract. Sometimes the tetrapeptide. The products split for a reason: mixture versus AEDG.

Anisimov/Khavinson rodent and human-gerontology work on epithalamin is the extract literature. Telomerase somatic-cell work is the AEDG paper. Keep the citations on the molecule that was in the syringe.

Caveats

Extract mixture, animal source, not FDA. Not a melatonin gummy. Not automatically the telomerase experiment.

Bioavailability
Epithalamin is not a swallowed capsule. The oral pineal cousin is Endoluten (Cytomax complex). Swallowing Endoluten is not an Epithalamin IM course. AEDG capsules are Epitalon cytogen, still not this extract.
Dose note
If the bottle is oral capsules, you bought Endoluten or Epitalon cytogen, not Epithalamin. No honest extract-capsule dose sheet here.
