Switch clinics without paying twice

Your current plan, when it started, and the day the new one would start: the last day to cancel, the days you’d pay for both, what a minimum still charges, and what to ask for before you go.

Your new prescriber decides your dose and whether to restart. This planner covers dates and charges only. Nothing you enter leaves this page.

Plan the switch

Pick both plans and the dates. Open a row for its detail and the program’s own words.

Switching planner

Your new prescriber decides your dose and whether to restart.

Pick a new start date on or after the current plan’s start date.

How it works

Method

  • The cancel-by date and the charges still due use the cancellation index’s stop-date check: each program’s notice window and minimum term only where its own terms or plan page state them, read Oct 24, 2026.
  • Days paid on both run from the new plan’s start to the end of the current plan’s last paid period, if you cancel in time. The by-day share is arithmetic on the published price, not a refund; the program’s refund rule, quoted, decides.
  • It never says how long a gap between plans is safe, and gives no dose or restart advice. Your new prescriber decides your dose and whether to restart.
  • Clinics that failed our vetting are not listed. This page carries no partner links.

How do I switch GLP-1 telehealth providers?

Cancel by the program’s own notice window before its next charge, ask for your last fill date, prescription and pharmacy, and let your new prescriber decide your dose and whether to restart.
