What our due diligence found

  • System Laboratories, Inc. (San Francisco) names its compounding pharmacy, The Pharmacy Hub in Miami, Florida, but not its individual clinicians; it says their credentials are shown in the patient portal (FAQ, read Oct 15, 2026). Source: System Labs: FAQ (read Oct 15, 2026)
  • Trustpilot has removed the systemlabs.com profile for going against its guidelines, so there is no independent review score; BBB lists System Labs as not accredited. We found no FDA warning letter or FTC action naming the company. Source: Upkeepwell: System Labs review (Sep 20, 2026)
  • Its pages quote different prices for the same treatment (sermorelin: $149 a month on its treatments list, $129 a month on a quarterly supply, and $109 for the first month then $219 a month in its FAQ, all read Oct 15, 2026). Its refund policy excludes prescriptions already ordered. Source: System Labs: sermorelin page (read Oct 15, 2026)

We still list it because we found no evidence of deliberate deception, and the issues above are ones you can check before you buy. Checked Oct 15, 2026.
