Suprefort (A-1) is a Cytomax natural polypeptide extract from the pancreas of young calves - the first numbered entry in the entire Khavinson A-Series, reflecting its foundational metabolic importance. The pancreas performs two critical functions: exocrine (secreting digestive enzymes into the small intestine) and endocrine (secreting insulin, glucagon, and somatostatin via the islets of Langerhans). Age-related pancreatic decline manifests on both fronts: progressive loss of exocrine acinar cell function reduces digestive enzyme output (contributing to malabsorption and bloating after age 50), while beta-cell insufficiency reduces insulin secretion capacity and/or insulin sensitivity - the upstream driver of type 2 diabetes.
Suprefort delivers short peptide signals (<10 kDa) from bovine pancreatic tissue. These peptides enter pancreatic cell nuclei to reactivate age-silenced transcription factors governing: insulin gene expression (PDX-1, NeuroD1 - the master regulators of beta-cell identity), digestive enzyme synthesis (amylase, lipase, trypsinogen), and islet cell proliferation capacity. History of this molecule
Khavinson’s pancreatic papers on Pancragen are among the more molecule-specific in the cytogen set - insulin transcription, islet cell aging. Suprefort is the complex that sits on the Cytomax shelf for the same gland. Metabolic YouTube will try to sell this as an oral Ozempic. It is not a GLP-1 receptor agonist.
Diabetes remains metformin/GLP-1/insulin territory. A 10-day capsule course is not A1c policy.
Caveats
Pancreas Cytomax is not a US dietary-supplement monograph and not a drug. The tissue-extract model means lot-to-lot composition is a fingerprint, not a single CAS number. Some English-language bottles carry a “V2” label. Vita Peptides, for example, labels its own house line V2 (15 mg per capsule vs 10 mg in V1). No study compares V1 and V2 outcomes, and neither label is the subject of Khavinson’s 1990s papers. Animal-source capsules are inappropriate if the reader has a religious or allergy constraint on the source species. None of this replaces care for the actual organ disease. Hypoglycemia on insulin plus an uncharacterized islet peptide is not a vibe.

- Suprefort is an oral capsule complex. It is not a 5 mg lyophilized research vial.
- Inventing recon math for a zero-mg Cytomax vial is how people inject the wrong product.
