Stamakort
Stomach Extract Bioregulator · Gastric Cytomax · Стамакорт
Stamakort is the Cytomax stomach-mucosa complex. It is not BPC-157 (a 15-mer from gastric juice discovered in Zagreb). Same neighborhood of “gut lining,” completely different research programs.

How it works
Stamakort (A-10) is a Cytomax natural polypeptide extract from the gastric mucosa of young calves, targeting human stomach epithelial cells, parietal cells, and chief cells to restore age-silenced gene expression controlling gastric acid secretion, mucous barrier integrity, and gastric hormone production. The stomach faces a unique double challenge as we age: gastric acid production declines (hypochlorhydria, affecting an estimated 30% of adults over 60), while simultaneously the protective mucous barrier also weakens - making the stomach both less effective at digestion and more vulnerable to ulceration and H. pylori-mediated damage.
Stamakort delivers short peptide signals (<10 kDa) from bovine gastric tissue. These peptides penetrate stomach epithelial cell nuclei to reactivate transcription of genes encoding: H/K-ATPase (the proton pump responsible for gastric acid), pepsinogen (the digestive protease precursor secreted by chief cells), gastrin receptor components, and mucin glycoproteins (the gel layer protecting stomach walls). This is fundamentally different from both PPIs (which block acid further) and HCl supplementation (which adds acid exogenously) - Stamakort works to restore the stomach's own regulatory capacity.
In the Khavinson bundle system, Stamakort (A-10) is paired with Svetinorm (A-7, liver) for comprehensive upper GI and hepatic function - since gastric function and hepatic bile production are tightly coupled in the digestive cascade.

Manufacturer-style organ combinations - not FDA protocols. Every name is a live leaf.
The Khavinson school
Stamakort is filed here as cytomax (natural peptide complex), targeting the gastric mucosa. Khavinson's St. Petersburg group moved from organ extracts (Cytamins) to capsule complexes (Cytomaxes) to synthetic short peptides (Cytogens); most of the evidence comes from that one group, with little independent Western replication.
Read the full background, the proposed epigenetic mechanism, the literature limits, and how we count the canonical 41 on the Khavinson bioregulators index.
History of this molecule
Khavinson gastric bioregulation is mucosa identity - chief cells, parietal cells, barrier. BPC-157 is Sikirić’s pentadecapeptide with a huge animal-wound literature and a US compounding mess. Putting Stamakort on a BPC page as “the Russian version” is fan fiction.
There is no Stamakort-equivalent cytogen on the 12-SKU NPCRIZ cytogen poster (those GI-adjacent synthetics are Ovagen/Livagen for liver). Stomach complex stands more alone than Ventfort/Vesugen.
Caveats
Gastric Cytomax is not a US dietary-supplement monograph and not a drug. The tissue-extract model means lot-to-lot composition is a fingerprint, not a single CAS number. Some English-language bottles carry a “V2” label. Vita Peptides, for example, labels its own house line V2 (15 mg per capsule vs 10 mg in V1). No study compares V1 and V2 outcomes, and neither label is the subject of Khavinson’s 1990s papers. Animal-source capsules are inappropriate if the reader has a religious or allergy constraint on the source species. None of this replaces care for the actual organ disease. Bleeding ulcer is an ED, not a 10-day capsule.

Dosing
| Phase | Dose | Frequency | Notes |
|---|---|---|---|
| Mini-Course / General Preventive (1 box) | 2 capsules (20 mg) | Once daily for 10 days, 30 min before meals | Standard Khavinson mini-course (20 caps). Repeat every 6 months. Pair with Svetinorm (A-7) for the complete digestive stack addressing both stomach and liver. |
| Full Monthly Course (Gastritis / Hypochlorhydria) | 2 capsules (20 mg) | Twice daily for 30 days (120 caps = 2× 60-cap boxes) | Bi-annual 30-day courses for chronic gastritis, functional dyspepsia, or PPI-induced hypochlorhydria recovery. Core digestive stack: Stamakort (A-10) + Svetinorm (A-7) + Ventfort (A-3) for GI-hepatic-vascular support. |
| Intensive / Gastric Restoration Protocol | 2 capsules (20 mg) | Twice daily, repeated monthly | For chronic atrophic gastritis, post-H. pylori eradication mucosal recovery, or prolonged PPI use rebound management. Physician supervision advised. Max: 4 caps/day (40 mg). |
Administration
Stamakort: Not a research vial vs Oral capsule
- No dedicated cytogen on the 12-SKU NPCRIZ poster (none on the 12-SKU poster - not BPC-157, not a GI cytogen). Do not invent one.
- There is no pharmaceutical-extract SKU that is this capsule in a syringe.
- Do not steal BPC-157 vial math. Liver cytogens (Livagen / Ovagen) are not stomach. There is no Stamakort cytogen on the 12-SKU list.
- Stamakort is an oral capsule complex. It is not a 5 mg lyophilized research vial.
- Inventing recon math for a zero-mg Cytomax vial is how people inject the wrong product.
- Not an official Cytomed sublingual tablet, IM ampoule, or eye drop either.
- Official form for Stamakort: swallow the capsule with water. No reconstitution step and no 5 mg cake.
- Stomach-mucosa Cytomax (Cytomed A-10). Same neighborhood as “gut lining,” completely different program from Sikirić BPC-157.
- Course-based (10–30 days, a few times a year in manufacturer folklore), not a daily forever drug.
- Gastric mucosa Cytomax is a peptide mixture / lot fingerprint, not a single CAS. English “V2” bottles are a later commercial layer, not a Khavinson RCT.
- Russian school literature is not an FDA organ-disease label.
- Third-party lingual SKUs exist in the wild. We do not claim sublingual as the official Cytomed Cytomax form.

Limits of current evidence
- Cytomax SKUs are oral capsules. Do not run SubQ reconstitution math on a zero-mg vial.
- Lot-to-lot composition is a fingerprint, not one sequence.
- This site will not treat the named organ disease from a peptide page.
- English-language V2 / analog bottles are a later commercial layer, not a Khavinson RCT.
Verdict
Stamakort is a Cytomax capsule complex from Gastric mucosa. It is not the paired cytogen, not a 5 mg research cake, and not a US supplement monograph. The organ story is in the dossier on this page.
Interactions & Contraindications
This site will not treat gastritis from a peptide page.
Synergies & Common Stacks
Extract complex vs synthetic 15-mer. Complementary gut marketing is not a combo RCT.
