How we make money and how this was checked
How we make money: Mito Health, Everlywell and HealthLabs.com are affiliate partners, so Kymata Health may earn a commission if you buy through their links on this page, at no extra cost to you; the owner of Kymata Health also pays for a Mito membership. We have no affiliate relationship with Function Health, Superpower, Ulta Lab Tests, Quest Health or InsideTracker. Payment never changes a score: every service is scored on the same published rubric.
How this was checked: researched and written by our editorial team from each company’s own pages, court records and press coverage, read on Oct 13, 2026. It is not medical advice.

Mito Health: Pay-per-test lab marketplace: members ($9/mo or $99/yr) pay Mito’s cost on 1,000+ tests at Quest, Labcorp or BioReference, with clinician review. Scored 80/100 on our rubric.
Everlywell: Everlywell 360: about $33 a month (billed $399 a year) for one 83-biomarker test a year at Quest with a clinician-reviewed care plan. Scored 71/100. We do not recommend its IgG food sensitivity test.
HealthLabs.com: Pay per test with no membership: its doctors issue the lab order and you walk in at a partner lab such as Quest or Labcorp. Single tests start low (total testosterone $49, A1c $29 on Oct 14, 2026), but its broadest wellness panel is $939, so it scored 57/100 on our rubric. Not available in NY, NJ, RI, MD, ND or HI.
Function Health sued Superpower in January 2026 under the Lanham Act, alleging its biomarker counts and comparison ads were misleading; the court dismissed the case on June 12, 2026 after the parties settled, without ruling on the claims5.
Everlywell faces class actions alleging its IgG food sensitivity test cannot identify food sensitivities (Spiro, C.D. Cal.; Toth, 1st Cir. arbitration appeal 2024)6,7.
In 2019 a breach at AMCA, a billing-collections vendor, exposed personal and financial data (not lab results) of about 11.9 million Quest Diagnostics patients8.

Other names you will see
Listed for completeness. We have no paid relationship with these brands and do not link to them.
SiPhox Health: Its own pricing page listed panels but no price on Oct 13, 2026, so we could not score value; at-home collection, CLIA- and CAP-accredited lab; founded by MIT researchers.
Lifeforce: A membership that pairs blood panels with clinician-guided plans, co-founded by CEO Dugal Bain-Kim with Tony Robbins and Peter Diamandis ($12M Series A, 2023); we could not confirm a current price, so it is not scored.
Marek Health: Its co-founder is identified only as 'Derek' (More Plates More Dates) on its own site, and we found no funding or ownership disclosure, so it is not scored.
Jinfiniti: Specialty aging and NAD+ panels run in its own CLIA-certified lab, founded by Jin-Xiong She, PhD; not a broad routine panel, so price per marker is not comparable.
Rythm Health: We could not verify its founders' backgrounds or a current price from the company's own pages.
