Normoftal
Retina Cytogen · Ocular Cytogen · Normoftal peptide · Нормофтал
Normoftal is the retina cytogen on the NPCRIZ list. Our old card tagged it as a Cytomax extract (empty vial). Class is cytogen; Visoluten is the eye complex; Retinalamin is the pharmaceutical extract used in CIS ophthalmology.
Quick answer
What it is: Normoftal is the retina cytogen on the NPCRIZ list.
Class and target: Cytogen (synthetic short peptide) · Retina
Typical research dose: 1–2 capsules/day (Cytomed) or 1–2 mg SC (research vial)

How it works
Normoftal is the retina cytogen on the NPCRIZ list. It is not Lys-Glu - that dipeptide is Vilon (thymus). Visoluten is the eye Cytomax complex. Retinalamin is the pharmaceutical extract. Sequence is not as publicly standardized in English as AEDG or KED.
This is not anti-VEGF and not AREDS2. Degenerative retina disease still belongs to an ophthalmologist.

Canonical 41Used in bioregulator stacks
Manufacturer-style organ combinations - not FDA protocols. Every name is a live leaf.
The Khavinson school
Normoftal is filed here as cytogen (synthetic short peptide), targeting the retina. Khavinson's St. Petersburg group moved from organ extracts (Cytamins) to capsule complexes (Cytomaxes) to synthetic short peptides (Cytogens); most of the evidence comes from that one group, with little independent Western replication.
Read the full background, the proposed epigenetic mechanism, the literature limits, and how we count the canonical 41 on the Khavinson bioregulators index.
History of this molecule
Three eye products, three classes - same as pineal and prostate. Retinalamin is the hospital extract (including parabulbar use in CIS practice). Visoluten is the oral Cytomax complex. Normoftal is the synthetic on the cytogen poster. Sequence is not as publicly standardized in English as AEDG or KED; we do not invent a tetrapeptide for the meta description.
This is not anti-VEGF. This is not AREDS2. Degenerative retina disease still belongs to an ophthalmologist.
Caveats
A defined sequence is not an FDA indication. Retina cytogens sit in a Russian experimental-gerontology literature with limited Western replication. “Oral bioavailability because PEPT1” is real peptide-transport biology; it is not proof this SKU treats the organ disease. Gray-market identity is a live problem - HPLC is the only way to know the vial is the sequence on the label.

Dosing
| Phase | Dose | Frequency | Notes |
|---|---|---|---|
| Khavinson Protocol | 1–2 capsules/day or 1–2 mg SC | Daily for 10–30 day courses, 1-2x per year | Retinal bioregulator. Often paired with Visoluten (eye extract) for comprehensive vision support. |
Administration
Normoftal: oral vs SubQ
- Official Cytomed cytogen SKU is a swallowed capsule. No BAC water, no syringe.
- Matches how Cytomed ships the poster line.
- Nobody manufactures this as a sublingual tablet.
- Official Cytomed Normoftal is a cytogen capsule. Our old empty-vial tag was a class bug, now corrected.
- Capsule milligrams are not 1–2 mg SC. Do not convert a research-vial protocol into capsule counts by arithmetic theater.
- Empty-stomach timing is user-guide folklore plus PEPT1 logic, not a cited human PK study for this SKU.
- Normoftal is the retina cytogen. It is not Visoluten, not Retinalamin, and not a Cytomax extract. Do not steal Vilon’s KE code for the meta description.
- Not anti-VEGF. Not AREDS2. Degenerative retina disease still belongs to an ophthalmologist.
- Vial math is checkable if the COA matches the sequence on the label.
- Food timing is irrelevant for SubQ.
- Short pulsed courses match how the school used defined synthetics.
- Gray-market identity: HPLC is the only way to know the cake is short retina cytogen (English residue string not standardized like AEDG or KED).
- Not a Western Phase 3. Russian experimental-gerontology literature is real and concentrated.
- Not a sublingual tablet and not a Cytomax complex.
- Normoftal is the retina cytogen. It is not Visoluten, not Retinalamin, and not a Cytomax extract. Do not steal Vilon’s KE code for the meta description.
- Do not inject in or near the eye. Retinalamin parabulbar use is a CIS pharmaceutical practice, not a DIY cytogen protocol.

Safety & Considerations
Research peptide. Extensively used in Russian clinical protocols. Russian clinic history is not a US safety NDA.
Regulatory & Legal Status
Not currently on the WADA 2026 Prohibited List. Policies may change - verify before competition.

Limits of current evidence
- A defined sequence is not an FDA indication.
- Gray-market identity is a live problem. HPLC beats a blog table.
- Do not paste a sibling cytogen’s papers onto this SKU.
- This site will not treat the named organ disease from a peptide page.
Verdict
Normoftal is the synthetic short peptide cytogen for Retina. Khavinson’s group published in this family. That is a concentrated literature, not a Western Phase 3. Capsules and vials are different SKUs.
Interactions & Contraindications
Cytogen capsules or research vials - not a Cytomax extract protocol. Not anti-VEGF.
Synergies & Common Stacks
Normoftal is the cytogen; Visoluten is the Cytomax complex. Same organ, two classes. Retinalamin is the pharma extract.
