N-Acetyl Epitalon Amidate

NAEA · Ac-Epitalon-NH2 · acetylated amidated epitalon

NAEA is a stability-capped analog of Epitalon (N-acetyl, C-amide). It is not a Khavinson original, not Epithalamin, and not proof that parent telomerase papers transfer.

Not FDA-approved - research chemical

Quick answer

What it is: NAEA is a stability-capped analog of Epitalon (N-acetyl, C-amide).

Class and target: Stability analog (not a Khavinson original) · Pineal (parent AEDG) · sequence Ac-AEDG-NH2

How it works

NAEA is AEDG (epitalon) with an N-acetyl cap and C-terminal amide - the same exopeptidase-evasion trick as NASA on Semax. Parent epitalon/epithalamin literature is Khavinson pineal-tetrapeptide work (PMID 12937682). This analog does not have its own human PK paper.

Source: Parent epitalon PMID: 12937682. NAEA: no indexed human PK as of 2026.

Analog, not a second epitalon trial

Vendor 5 mg “longevity protocols” are not citations. If you need evidence, read epitalon and treat this as uncharacterized.

The Khavinson school

N-Acetyl Epitalon Amidate is filed here as stability analog (not a khavinson original), targeting the pineal (parent aedg). Khavinson's St. Petersburg group moved from organ extracts (Cytamins) to capsule complexes (Cytomaxes) to synthetic short peptides (Cytogens); most of the evidence comes from that one group, with little independent Western replication.

Read the full background, the proposed epigenetic mechanism, the literature limits, and how we count the canonical 41 on the Khavinson bioregulators index.

History of this molecule

Same trick as NASA on Semax: block exopeptidases. Vendor longevity protocols exist. Analog-specific indexed human PK essentially does not. English “v3 bioregulator” talk is commercial taxonomy (Henry/PSI public marketing distinguishes product generations). We name the analog so buyers do not think they bought 2003 AEDG.

Caveats

Analog chemistry ≠ a second clinical program. Gray-market identity risk is higher, not lower, on “improved Epitalon.”

Administration

Route / form
Stability analog of AEDG, sold as a lyophilized research vial. Not Endoluten capsules, not Epithalamin ampoules, not a Cytomed Epitalon blister, and not a sublingual tablet.
Timing
Research vial (SubQ): food does not change the injection. Not a Cytomed capsule course.
Empty stomach?
No - These are research vials, not Cytomed capsules. Food timing does not apply to SubQ.

N-Acetyl Epitalon Amidate: oral vs SubQ

Research NAEA vial
Bioavailability
Research SubQ of Ac-AEDG-NH2 (N-acetyl, C-amide). Analog chemistry to slow exopeptidases. Parent Epitalon PK is already thin; analog-specific indexed human PK is essentially absent as of 2026.
Dose note
Vendor folklore copies Epitalon 5–10 mg/day for 10–20 days. That is inheritance, not a head-to-head. Reconstitute like other lyophilized tetrapeptides only if the cake is this analog. Do not dose it as Epithalamin IM or as Endoluten capsules.
Advantages
  • Defined analog structure (when the COA matches Ac-AEDG-NH2).
  • Separable from parent AEDG, from pineal extract, and from pineal Cytomax.
  • SubQ is the real research presentation.
Considerations
  • Caps do not make PMID 12937682 an NAEA trial.
  • Gray-market “improved Epitalon” identity risk is higher, not lower.
  • Not a sublingual longevity melt.
Not Endoluten / not parent AEDG
Bioavailability
NAEA is not Endoluten and not a Cytomed Epitalon capsule. Oral pineal Cytomax is Endoluten. Oral AEDG cytogen is parent Epitalon. This analog is a research vial SKU.
Dose note
If you swallowed capsules, you did not take NAEA. No analog capsule course on this leaf.
Advantages
  • Keeps V3/marketing taxonomy from inventing an oral NAEA Cytomed box.
  • Sends capsule shoppers to Endoluten or parent Epitalon, correctly labeled.
  • Not a sublingual tablet. Nobody manufactures this SKU that way.
Considerations
  • Vendor “oral NAEA” listings are not a Khavinson paper.
  • Stability hope ≠ potency trial.
  • Not Epithalamin.
Recommendation: NAEA is a stability analog of Epitalon, sold as a research vial (SubQ). It is not in the 41. It is not Epitalon capsules, not Epithalamin IM extract, not Endoluten, and not a sublingual tablet. Do not copy parent 5–10 mg/day as if PK were identical.

Verdict

NAEA is a stabilized Epitalon analog SKU. Parent AEDG telomerase papers are not a second clinical program. Epithalamin extract is still a different product.

Interactions & Contraindications
