  1. Grade DKidney stone number and size · No difference

    RCT · n 60 · 2025 · Adults aged 20–65 with kidney stones (Iran)

Stone number did not fall versus placebo (IRR 1.09, 95% CI 0.65–1.85 for boric acid; 1.30, 0.79–2.13 for boron citrate), and stone size did not differ; only urine phosphorus rose, with boric acid.
