Who it lists and where
Who the trial lists, as registered
Lists people 18 to 80. Conditions: Drug Induced Liver Injury.
Drug-induced liver injury (DILI) can lead to potentially fatal complications, such as acute liver failure and even death. In clinical practice, glucocorticoids have been considered in some cases of DILI, especially patients with hyperbilirubinemia. However, the available evidence remains controversial and its quality is also very limited. Herein, a multicenter randomized controlled trial (RCT) has been designed to explore the efficacy and safety of glucocorticoids in patients with acute DILI and hyperbilirubinemia.

Registered summary
Chemotherapeutic agents exert significant immunomodulatory effects by influencing tumor-infiltrating immune cells. However, the sequence and combination of chemotherapy regimens differentially modulate immune cell dynamics, ultimately impacting treatment efficacy and patient survival. Glutathione, a critical bioactive molecule, demonstrates broad potential in tumor immunotherapy. The full summary is on the listing.

10%TXA+2%Reduced Glutathione applied via ultrasound at 5W/cm² in10min; 10%TXA+2%Reduced Glutathione applied via ultrasound at 0W/cm² 10min
Registered summary
Melasma is a localized, acquired hyperpigmentary skin disorder characterized by well-defined, light to dark brown patches. Based on clinical practice and extensive literature reports, tranexamic acid and reduced Glutathione (GSH) are both applied in the treatment of melasma, but their water-soluble nature presents challenges for transdermal absorption. Our preliminary basic and clinical research has demonstrated that ultrasound-assisted delivery significantly enhances the absorption of tranexamic acid and other water-soluble components.
