Total testosterone rose slightly (SMD 0.25, 95% CI 0.02 to 0.48); free testosterone did not change (SMD 0.08, 95% CI −0.48 to 0.63). Certainty of evidence was very low, and none of the 13 included studies was at low risk of bias. The authors say the evidence does not support testosterone-boosting claims.
