Check a label against what the trials used
Pick a product or type the Supplement Facts rows. We put the amount a day beside the doses studied in human trials, the doses our page cites and any upper limit, and check the form against the forms the trials tested. Every number has its source.

How Label Lens reads a label
Reading. Each line with an amount is one row: the ingredient, the form in brackets after “as” or “from”, the amount and its unit, and the % Daily Value if printed. “Serving Size” and “Servings Per Container” lines are read too. A line we cannot read is shown back to you, never guessed. You confirm or edit every number before anything is compared. For a product picked from our catalog, the numbers come from the label line we copied from the brand's own page, on the date shown.
Matching. The form on the label picks the page first (magnesium as glycinate goes to magnesium glycinate), then the ingredient's name. You can change the match.
Comparing. The amount a day (amount per serving × servings a day) against the range of daily doses studied in human trials on the compound's page, the reference doses that page cites, and the upper limit for intake from supplements where a public body sets one. The form on the label against the forms the graded trials tested. Every line carries its source.
What it never says. Whether a product suits you, or a verdict on its quality. Labels state the brand's own amounts; independent testing is a separate question.
